Scherer Development LLC is a private real estate investment firm with over 20 years experience in real estate development, entitlement acquisition and building construction. Our focus is to purchase un-entitled raw land for development and income producing properties with high vacancy rates.
Originally founded to maximize the value of our client’s real estate, our organization quickly became it’s own best customer. Since it’s founding in 1994, Scherer Development has purchased, permitted and developed 8.7 million sf of land, 600 residential units as well as 750,000+ sf of retail and commercial properties.
